Ooi Ting Chong Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (OTC) was founded by Dato Ooi Ting Chong in the late 1950’s. The primary activity at the beginning of the company is motorcycle retailing and service centre for the renowned motorcycle manufacturers and distributors like Suzuki, Honda, and Yamaha.

Today, we are appointed motorcycle dealer and distributor for Suzuki, Honda, Yamaha, Modenas, and some other leading Brands. Our associate company Chye Seng Engineering & Construction Sdn. Bhd. is a developer of residential premises and shop houses. This company is recognized as major property developer in the Northern Region of Peninsula Malaysia.

Another renowned related company Chye Seng Auto and Marine Sdn Bhd was established in early 1980’s as used cars’ dealer, and was then penetrated to become one of the parent company beholding dealerships in new automobile Toyota, Suzuki, Chevrolet, Peugeot, and imported luxury cars as well. At present, it has nine authorized Branches of Sales Showrooms and Service Workshops covering in areas of Penang Island, Mainland, and Kedah state to cater the market demand and customers’ services.

In year 2002, OTC has diversified into automobile retail business when we are appointed by Hyundai as authorized dealer. Today, we have two sales and showrooms in Butterworth, Penang and Sungai Petani, Kedah.

We were awarded the Most Potential Dealer from Oriental Hyundai in year 2002, and Top Performance Dealer for the consecutive years.

In year 2009, OTC was appointed as Chery Automobile Dealer with another two sales outlets located at Butterworth, Penang and Kulim, Kedah.
